Faith the Size of a Mustard Seed

“If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed … nothing shall be impossible unto you.”

A Little Encouragement
Sister, you do not need to have every answer before you trust God. Sometimes faith begins with a trembling prayer: “Lord, I don’t know how, but I’m trusting You.”
Jesus used the tiny mustard seed to remind His disciples of what is possible through faith in Him. The strength of our hope rests in the God we trust. We can bring Him our uncertainty, take the next faithful step, and leave the outcome in His hands.
Today, offer Him the faith you have—even if it feels small. Trust Him to nurture it as you walk with Him.

What situation am I struggling to entrust to God, and what small step of faith can I take today?

How would my perspective change if I focused on God’s faithfulness instead of measuring whether my faith feels strong enough?
Prayer
Father, I bring You my small and sometimes trembling faith. Help me trust Your goodness when I cannot see the way forward. Give me courage to obey You, patience to wait, and peace to leave the outcome in Your hands. Nurture my faith and draw me closer to You with each step. In Jesus’ name, amen.

The name reflects the heart of our devotional community: women who desire to grow deeper in Scripture, draw closer to Jesus, and be reminded again and again of who they are in Him.
As a DEVA, you are part of a sisterhood of women walking through different seasons, carrying different stories, but gathering around the same truth — God is faithful, His Word is alive, and His grace meets us exactly where we are.
Each month, our DEVAs receive a little encouragement delivered straight to their mailbox — thoughtfully created devotionals, Scripture cards, reflection prompts, journaling moments, and special touches designed to help you slow down, open your Bible, and spend intentional time with your Father.
Being a DEVA isn't about having perfect faith or having everything figured out.
It's about showing up.
It's about opening your heart.
It's about choosing truth when life feels heavy.
It's about growing, healing, surrendering, and becoming the woman God has called you to be.
